Holy Thursday.

Today is Holy Thursday, we had a liturgy. I was in Station 7, it resembles when Veronica wiped Jesus's face, when he was suffering and nearly falling down from carrying the giant cross. She wanted to help him even though she didn't know who Jesus was. She risked getting in trouble with the soldiers and that's what she was afraid of, but the act of kindness overpowered her fear of getting in trouble

Jesus helps me to realise the act of kindness when I help others when they are in need.

DLO. For Reading and Religious Education.

It is another day of Distance Learning. So this was TWP 4's activity for Religious Education and Reading for the day. We had to create a DLO of God.
Our teacher gave us scriptures from the Old Testament. We had to choose 6 scriptures to read and we had  to write What describes god in that scripture so like if he was described as a mother I put a picture of a mother so I put a picture of my mum. So I put this activity in a DLO/Digital Learning Object. This activity is based on Religious Education but its based on reading. This is my DLO.

Ash Wednesday Goals.

       ASH WEDNESDAY.

I am going to give up fizzy drinks which means I shall drink water only. I will also give up junk food which means I shall be eating veggies. I am also going to just say kind words to myself because sometimes I say to myself “oh I’m stupid”. But now I will believe in myself and in what I can do and how I will do that is to show kindness to myself and to others in the school this year.
